Dear Reader,

If you are going through a time of hardship or difficulty and feel like this trial will never end, know that the testing of your faith today produces the faith that can move mountains tomorrow.

We all struggle and cry out for relief. We all face battles whether external or internal but no matter what we are fighting or dealing with, we must remember this: the treasure is found in a place only the diligent are willing to go. We must persevere through difficulties to uncover that treasure, especially when it is buried deep.

Life never promises an easy road. It comes with bumps, curves, turns, twists, and even backtracking. But what we do on that road builds our character. We often wish life were a fairytale without problems, but the truth is the opposite. In the midst of our struggles, we must declare that they will not define us. Instead, we will find purpose in them. Hardships and challenges do not determine our worth or identity.

The tears are necessary, and the emotions that come with hardship are okay. But allowing those experiences to shape and grow us is the only way to move from glory to glory. We must not go through life with our heads down, letting everything run us over. Instead, we must charge forward with adrenaline and tenacity, ready to conquer and overcome.

Expect hardships to come. Do not deceive yourself into thinking they won but prepare yourself mentally to overcome them. Speak life over your situation, knowing that you have the strength to rise above it. No one else can do that for you, you must make the decision to say, I will conquer everything set against me.

And lastly, though we may mourn for a night, joy comes in the morning. Let your tears water a garden that blossoms with power, achievement, confidence, and character!!

Much love

Elysa
